years. Jamie and his staff are always very diligent in clearing the snow and
salting. We never have to worry about our properties as Jamie and his crew
do an amazing job. Jamie is always available to talk to us about any issues we
have. Our salt bins are always kept full.
J&J Maintenance billing process is very easy to understand and
straightforward. Their rates are reasonable.

We wanted to thank you for everything you did during Phase 1 of our landscape project. From the start your quote was straight forward and there were zero cost overruns.
You and your staff were very friendly and patient all while working in the rain! We were consulted the whole way through and there were no surprises. The crew even stayed late so as to get it all done for us.
We are looking forward to working with you again in the spring on Phase 2.

I have been working with J&J Property Maintenance for 3 years now. I currently use them at four of my properties for year round grounds care, including landscaping and snow removal.
As an off site Manager that actually lives out of town, Jamie & Julie are a great help to me as they act as another set of eyes for me when I can't be on site. They are very good about reporting issues that need my attention, and being proactive about suggesting better, more efficient ways to accomplish our groundskeeping goals.
They are always great about providing extra services and helping with other projects that are not part of the contract. They are fantastic when it comes to complaints and are always willing to go the extra mile with home Owners and Residents. Often they will visit the Resident if they have a particular complaint or issue so that we can resolve the issue quickly and amicably for everyone involved.
